I’m running late on my Sleeping with Bread post this week due to work commitments, so I’m just going to get straight to the point.
What were this week’s low points?
Thanks to daylight savings time I have to get up when it’s still dark out. (This is more challenging for me than losing an hour of sleep.)
I didn’t want to do it, but BP was concerned and had been urging me to, and I couldn’t come up with a preferable solution, so I finally did it. It was difficult to do, painful and, most disappointingly, not fruitful. BP agrees that it wasn’t the outcome he expected. The pain is fading, but I still need a solution to the original problem. [I apologize for the vagueness of this statement, mais c'est la vie.]
I am beginning the week feeling physically and emotionally drained.
What were this week’s high points?
My classes on Thursday went well this week even if attendance was poor.
Although I lost an entire weekend to a conference, I have been incredibly well fed (both quality and quantity).
A lovely Sunday afternoon break from the conference with two colleagues and two visiting big wigs in my professional field taking the Budweiser brewery tour.
Sleep tight.

Ah, the adjustments to 'time'. I don't particularly note the darkness/light.....until sunrise happens--which I enjoy thoroughly! But I do note the lightness in the evening--which give me hope for the swing going back out to the patio! :-)
*sending healing thoughts*
And prayers.....
I am just too old to deal with time changes! And this year was worse because I was also dealing with a three hour time lag from a trip.
I hope your health situation improves!
Thanks for Sleeping with Bread!
