Oh, the things one overhears when waiting for an appointment at an office where the staff appear not to have enough to do. The ladies were discussing the wearing of wedding and engagement rings in the workplace.
“I’m gonna wait until they get sparkly tattoo ability and get a diamond. Right there like an engagement ring. That’ll be my bling.”
"They make shiny tattoos."
"Really?"
Luckily they were interrupted at that point, and I was not subjected to further discourse on the possibility of a tattooed engagement ring.
