Halloween in the 'Hood

Halloween in my neighborhood was wonderful. Lots of kids and parents trick-or-treating. Folks hanging out on the porch handing out treats. People dancing to Thriller in the street (which had been blocked off by the police) and teaching little ones the moves. Decorated porches and yards.

I think Mel must live around the corner from me because this house took all month to decorate for Halloween. ;)
The neighbors insisted that I go with them down to another street where two blocks were totally decked out for Halloween. Despite the large number of kids out and about, there was no evidence of any Halloween tricks the next day.

I'm looking forward to next Halloween.
