It was a gorgeous Veterans' Day weekend--sunny and unseasonably warm. I enjoyed spending some time at a nearby cemetery--praying, setting flags, taking pictures, and noting the damage caused by the recent storms.
Oh, what a beautiful place. And what gorgeous stones set to honour the soldiers. I wander in cemeteries on occasion and always leave feeling a bit stretched. I consider that a good thing.
what gorgeous pictures and our hearts send out a HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL OUR VETERANS!
ashley! how good to see you! it has been awhile. i do hope you are well. things good here. i'm active in my church and my faith keeps me calm and happy.
i hope to get here to visit more often. you do pop into my mind every so often.
hope your holiday is blessed and i keep you in my prayers.
